« ELVA DRAW » CONTEST RULES

Article 1 — Organizer
The "Elva Draw" contest (hereinafter "the Contest") is organized by Novira Ventures LLC, a company incorporated under American law (Wyoming, United States), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "the Organizer"), operating the website elvabrand.com.

Article 2 — Duration and Frequency
The Contest is organized quarterly. A draw is held within seven (7) days following the end of each calendar quarter, i.e., after March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year. The first draw will take place after September 30, 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, extend, or cancel the Contest, as well as to modify these rules, at any time, without prior notice and without its liability being incurred as a result.

Article 3 — Conditions of Participation
The Contest is free and without obligation to purchase. It is open to any natural person of legal age (18 years and older) residing in mainland France, excluding members of the Organizer's team and their families. Participation is by subscribing to the elvabrand.com newsletter, either via the dedicated contest form or by checking the newsletter subscription box during an order. Only one participation per person (same name, same email address) is allowed; any multiple, fraudulent, or automated participation will be invalidated.

Article 4 — Contest Mechanism
Any newsletter subscription entitles the participant to one (1) draw ticket, equivalent to one (1) chance in the draw, regardless of the subscription channel (contest form or subscription box checked during an order). For subscriptions made via the contest form, a purely playful virtual wheel materializes the allocation of this ticket. The number of tickets being identical for all participants (one per participant), all have an strictly equal chance of winning the prize.

Article 5 — Winner Selection
The draw is carried out randomly among all persons subscribed to the newsletter on the date of the draw, each having an equal chance. Unsubscribing from the newsletter before the draw date results in exclusion from the current draw. One (1) winner is selected per draw. The winner is contacted by e-mail within seven (7) days following the draw; if there is no response within fourteen (14) days, the prize is awarded to a randomly selected alternate or put back into play. The Organizer cannot be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted or informed for a reason beyond its control (incorrect e-mail address, message classified as spam, full inbox, etc.).

Article 6 — Prize
The winner receives three (3) items of their choice from the current catalog on elvabrand.com (sizes and colors of choice, accumulation of the same item allowed), with a maximum total value of €104.70 including tax, delivery in mainland France included. The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any financial consideration. In case of unavailability of an item, the Organizer will offer an item of equivalent value.

Article 7 — Personal Data
The collected data (email address) is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on elvabrand.com/policies/privacy-policy, for the purposes of managing the Contest and sending the newsletter. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data, exercisable at hello@elvabrand.com. The winner's first name and initial of their last name may be published in the Organizer's communications, unless they object.

Article 8 — Liability
Participation implies full and complete acceptance of these rules. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of technical malfunction, connection interruption, or any event beyond its control affecting the smooth running of the Contest. Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant. The Organizer will decide sovereignly and without appeal any difficulty of interpretation or application of these rules.

Article 9 — Disputes
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute must be sent by e-mail to hello@elvabrand.com within thirty (30) days following the draw concerned.
